Dr. Szymon Skalski

CEO and Vice President of RBL S.A., Warsaw, Poland

Szymon has worked as a private consultant and lawyer for over 15 years. He gained experience in many matters related to international affairs. Among other things, he advised the Polish government on matters related to the Polish presence in Afghanistan. In the years 2011-2012 he was appointed as Senior Civilian Representative to the Polish Task Force White Eagle in Ghazni, where he was responsible for the course of the Transition process. Szymon graduated from two fields of studies: law and Iranian studies (PhD).

Andrzej Mikołajczyk

Co-founder and President of RBL S.A., Warsaw, Poland

Andrzej is a graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology, and Specialty Information Systems post graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the Department of Management in the Economy and Institute of Organization and Management (ORGMASZ). He completed a three-year PhD program in management science at the International Doctoral College of the Institute of Organization and Management in Industry.

Andrzej started his professional career in 2001 in the Military Information Services in the department of Computer Sciences, and retired from the Internal Security Bureau of the Poland Military Information Services. He was responsible for the protection of classified and sensitive information processed in ICT systems and the protection of IT systems against unauthorized access and electromagnetic stress. He finished his service upon retirement in 2011.

Andrzej continues his professional career by performing managerial functions in technology and new technologies development for the IT companies ISOLUTION and RBL S.A..
