Training that ends when the instructor leaves is not training. We design law enforcement and public safety programs for agencies and the contractors that support them, built around train-the-trainer so the capability stays in-house after we go.

Who does the work
Jace Calderas oversaw all training and development, including the firearms program, for the San Antonio field office. As Chief of Staff for Operations at ICE headquarters, the Office of Training and Development and the National Firearms and Tactical Training Unit were under his oversight. Meet the team.
